Foto Colectania and Think Human Foundation, organize with the collaboration of the Association A Bao A Qu an educational program aimed at young people from the Barcelona neighborhoods of El Raval, Besòs-Maresme and Zona Nord, who will participate in workshops of initiation to photography and to the field of the image for a year.

The project aims to have impact in the metropolitan area of Barcelona with a community perspective, since it involves the youth technicians of the Pla de Barris de l'Ajuntament de Barcelona, the cultural dynamizers of the different districts, and various socio-educational entities in each neighborhood, as well as secondary schools.

The idea and development of the workshops and other actions of the program has been carried out jointly between Foto Colectania and the Associació A Bao A Qu, an organization with extensive experience in the dissemination and pedagogy of photographic creation that develops, among others, the program Fotografía en curso, in which more than 10,000 children and young people in Catalonia have already participated. The workshops will be led by three professional photographers specialized in image teaching, Consuelo Bautista, Mònica Roselló and Tanit Plana.
